As a New User, I want to sign in with a local vault only
I am getting feedback from certain academics and researchers that want to use Seed without creating an account in our hypermedia server vault. I thought there was a certain flow to do that, but actually there is not!
Can we add the option of skipping remote vault, and select local vault only?
